Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most apparel and print-on-demand items ship in 2–5 business days after production. Metaphysical tools and curated items generally ship in 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s en route.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. International shipping rates and timelines are shown at checkout based on destination. Import duties or VAT (if applicable) are collected by your local carrier or customs office.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing quickly. If you need a change, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After production starts, modifications may not be possible.
My package shows delivered but isn’t here—help?
First, check with neighbors and common areas. If still missing after 48 hours, contact support with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Products & Materials
How are your apparel items made?
Apparel is produced on-demand using premium blanks and high-fidelity printing to reduce waste and ensure fresh, vibrant color.
Do colors match the images exactly?
We aim for accuracy, but screen settings and print variation can create subtle differences. Expect a small tolerance in hue/contrast.
Are your crystals and tools ethically sourced?
We work with vetted suppliers and prioritize ethical sourcing. Specific material details vary by item—see each product page for notes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most non-custom items within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition. Start by contacting support with your order number. Some items (hygiene-sensitive or made-to-order) may be final sale.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our policy.
Sizing, Care & Usage
How do I choose my size?
Each apparel product page includes a size chart. If you’re between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Care instructions for prints and apparel?
Wash cold, inside-out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals. Do not iron directly on printed areas.
